Beginning Meditation Class: Thursdays 11:00-12:00
This is a class for people who are ready to learn the practice of meditation. It is a guided meditation class, which allows your mind to relax and chatter to slow. You will be gifted with tools that will allow you to release negative energy, ground, balance and shift to gratitude. Full Moon Meditation: Aug. 24th 7:00-8:30 pm.
The Full Moon is known for it's beauty, healing, energy and magic. It is a powerful energy. It is a time for healing, release and a time for recharging your spirit. When we gather in circle with a group intention the energy is potent. What are you ready to step into this new month? We will energetically plant the seeds for that which you are ready to create. This meditation is perfect for beginners or those with advanced practices. $25.00
Shamanic Weekend Retreat: Friday evening 7-9 pm., Sat. and Sunday 10-4 Date: Aug. 27th-29th.
You will discover your Shamanic abilities. You will re-member who you are. Our weekend will be about connecting to the divine spark within us all, Mother Earth, Father Sky and with the energy of this powerful group. We will set personal intentions for expansion, dive deep into Shamanic Practices and personal healing, Journey, meditate, hike, chant, drum, dance, explore sound healing and perform ceremony. We will be working closely with the land. The retreat will be held in the Quinault Rainforest on the Olympic Peninsula. This will be a transformational journey.
